A Technical Account Managers is a person from our customer support team that has been especially assigned to your account. As such, your TAM will not only be familiar with your environment, people and ongoing needs, but is also someone you know and trust to give you the assistance you require, whether it’s a simple advice or hands-on support. He will also serve as a proactive adviser, informing you on new ways to better your infrastructure.
Think of your TAM as an extension of your team, keeping you up-to-date with new services and solutions that might interest you or vulnerabilities you may have. Your TAM is at your disposal on a day-to-day basis, and is there to answer ongoing questions and inquires, just like any other employee in your company.
